returned to the Circuit Court Clerk's Office during regular business hours. (For after hours and Holiday service
you may bring the completed application to the
911 Dispatch Center.)
Pursuant to KRS 61.872, Leslie County 911 Dispatch requires a written request for records. Please indicate with some specificity the records requested, and submit the request in writing, via delivery, U.S. mail, email or facsimile. Leslie County 911 Dispatch has three working days to respond to a request for records; however, additional time may be required to retrieve records that are in storage, are voluminous, or are otherwise hard to access. Leslie County 911 Dispatch will communicate promptly with requestors when additional time is necessary. In order to ensure that Leslie County 911 Dispatch makes a timely response as required by law Requestors have the option of inspecting the records in the Leslie County 911 Dispatch Office. The Office maintains regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and closings.
